In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Lester Leon Minnick; sisters, Ellen Flynn, Linda Turner and brothers, Charles Turner, Johnny Turner, Owen Turner and Earl Turner.
Betty was employed at Elkton Dry Cleaners for many years and was a self-employed housekeeper where she had many longtime clients. Betty was a hard worker who loved tending to the upkeep of her home and her yardwork. She will be missed by all those who knew and loved her.
On March 22, 2013, she married Carroll Lee Moubray, who lovingly helped care for Betty as her health declined.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by step-children, David Moubray (Aileen), Randy Moubray (Trisha), Dale Moubray (Eva), Pam Knight (Nathan); sister, Helen Rosser (Eddie); brother, Winston Turner (Becky) as well as 9 step-grandchildren, 9 step-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be conducted 1 p.m., Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at Kyger Funeral Home in Elkton with Pastor Carter Dean officiating. Burial to follow at Eastlawn Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, July 28, 2025 at the funeral home.

My Aunt Betty was always there for me when others weren´t. She was a treasure to me and I´ll miss her immensely. We loved to joke around with each other and she made the best Lasagna.

This lady was always there for me no matter what. She never judged me she just loved me unconditionally. I´m gonna miss her sweet smile and the wonderful Lasagna she made for me.
