With great sadness, we announce the passing of Brandon Millican, 33, of Plainview on July 4, 2025. Arrangements are under the supervision of Bartley Funeral Home.
Brandon was born on October 21, 1991, in Plainview, Texas, to Billy and Sheila Millican.
Brandon had a deep passion for watching television and movies, with "The Dukes of Hazzard" being his favorite show. He also enjoyed spending time outdoors, riding four-wheelers and golf carts. Brandon met the love of his life, Mackenzie Osborne, and they were engaged for four months. He valued his relationship with Mackenzie and loved spending time with her, as well as helping her raise her two children. He was excited to start a new family life and was committed to raising the kids as if they were his own.
Those left to cherish his memory are his father, Billy Millican of Plainview; his fiancée, Mackenzie Osborne of Plainview; and his children, Spencer and Jennifer, also of Plainview; his Aunt and Uncle, Ikey & Mary Halcomb of New Mexico; his stepsister, Shelly Block of Amarillo; his two stepbrothers, Jeremy Green and Alan Green of Amarillo, TX.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Sheila Millican and his uncle, Alvin Millican.
