Brenda Allen Beasley, 77, of Apex passed away on June 19, 2025, at her residence. Mrs. Beasley was born on September 29, 1947, in Plymouth, NC to the late Delbert Daniel and Gussie Biggs Allen. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Beasley is predeceased by her husband, William Ray Beasley, Jr.
Mrs. Beasley is survived by her son, William R. “Billy” Beasley, III and wife Darla “DJ” of Apex, NC; grandchildren, Christian Beasley, Keshawn Hall, Camron Hall, Irene Taylor and husband Justin, and a grandchild due soon; sister, Sandra Lane Allen Lee of Plymouth, NC.
Brenda was employed at Northern Telecom as a Quality Control Inspector for many years where she retired. Prior to Northern Telecom she worked for North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles where she met her longtime friend Judy Conner and spent endless hours working.
Brenda loved the beach and fishing, she frequented the Outer Banks of NC and Myrtle Beach, SC. William R. Beasley Jr. bought her an RV and she loved to travel with him and they had traveled the country together visit distant family and friends. She loved being around family and friends; going to try new restaurants and cooking meals when everyone was at her home. She also was a frequent purchaser of some food items and gadgets from QVC and passed along some of those items for birthdays special occasions and holiday presents. And was an often-watched Food Network and loved cooking shows. She loved animals and enjoyed Cocker Spaniels. She also loved her younger two dogs Gussie and Sally.
Brenda was very family oriented, a hard worker and wanted to ensure success and perseverance for not only herself but her family, son, and grandchildren. She loved seeing her friends, talking to them on the phone and going to her high school reunions. She spent endless hours talking to Linda McKeel and Judy Conner and sharing memories and trips together to their favorite destinations.
Flowers are acceptable or donations can be made in Brenda's memory to Outer Banks Forever.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at 11 a.m. at the Morris Family Cemetery across from Cedar Fork Baptist Church 5117 S. Miami Blvd. Durham, NC. Officiating will be Reverend Hartwell Neal.
