Brent J. Rohr, 66, of Lee's Summit, MO passed away July 11th, 2025. Memorial visitation will be held from 5:00 to 6:00pm with service from 6:00 to 7:00pm, Thursday, July 17th, 2025 at Heartland Cremation & Burial Society, Raytown, MO. Brent was born in Kansas City, MO, on January 17th, 1959, to Hubert Rohr and Mary Jeanne Davis.
Brent was a loving, caring father and grandfather. A role model to his family and mentor to many others. He was a true friend who was always willing to help out, even with a last minute's notice. He spent his career as a carpenter of over 35 years with the Mid-America's Carpenter's Union; gaining a brotherhood of life long friends. In his spare time, he enjoyed spending time with family and friends, cooking for the holidays, being at the lake, working on home projects, and fixing things. There seemed to be nothing that he was unable to build or fix. Over the past several years, Brent had bravely faced many serious health challenges, and overcame them with strength and determination. We are comforted in knowing that he is now at peace.
He was preceded in death by his mother and step-father, Mary Jeanne and Bruce Buddemeyer; his father and step-mother, Hubert and Norma Rohr; and his brother, Stephen Rohr.
In passing Brent leaves, his daughter, Ginger (Alan) Shope; his son, Brandon (Danielle) Rohr; grandchildren, Vincent and Josie Collura; life partner, Missy Laval; her daughters, Cassie (Jeremy) Miller and Katie (Jacob) Stanfield; and their grandchildren, Mason, Maelie, and Noah "Roy" Stanfield and Ashley Miller. He also leaves behind three loyal canine companions, Myla, Sweetpea, and Luna.
