Mr. Byron Keith Harrington, age 58, and resident of Culleoka, passed away on March 2, 2025 at Poplar Estates..
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 6, 2025 at 6PM at Heritage Funeral Home with Brandon Cochran officiating. A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 6 2025 at Heritage Funeral Home from 4-6PM Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
Byron was born on August 18, 1966 in Dickson and was the son of the late Charles and Mary Harrington. Byron owned and operated Rogers Plumbing and Electric for over thirty years. He had a strong work ethic, enjoyed restoring old cars, and was a skilled handyman who always took care of his customers, especially his elderly customers. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with family and friends, laughing and joking around, collecting antiques, and had a servant’s heart, as he would help anyone in need.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his sons, Austin (Tiffany) Harrington, Daniel (Janet) Harrington, Nathaniel (Gwen) Harrington, brothers, Ricky Harrington, Phillip (Kristy) Harrington, Randy (Tana) Harrington, sisters, Jennifer (Ricky) Blalock, Pam (Roger) Love, Debbie Riddick (Keith), Brenda Cook (Trey), granddaughter, Linnie Harrington, several nephews, nieces, cousins, several friends, and his special friend Mae Strenciwilk.
Honorary pallbearers will be, Jerry Tanner, Adam Crowell, Glen Brewer, Joseph Davis, Kevin Harrington, Gary McCoy, and Jeff King.
A special thank you to his niece, Britney, who took care of him the past couple of years. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to The American Stroke Association or any charity of your choice.
