Caitlyn Marie Bookout passed away on Wednesday, June 25, 2025.
Caitlyn was born on Tuesday, September 5, 2000 in Cushing, Oklahoma to Jamie (Byrd) Pittman and Benjmain Freeze. She graduated from Stroud High School. She married Dakota “Cody” Bookout on September 3, 2023. Caitlyn was a third generation employee of On Cue or most know as Jacks. Caitlyn had a unique sense of humor that made her even more special. She enjoyed art and animals. Caitlyn had a big heart and cared deep for others, that kindness and loving nature will be greatly missed.
Caitlyn was preceded in death by her grandmother Ameca Shell and grandmother Clara Jordan.
Caitlyn is survived by her husband of Cody Bookout; her mother Jamie Pittman and husband Ron; her father Ben Freeze; brothers Matthew Freeze and wife Sara and Michael Freeze; grandparents Steve and Debbie Hamilton; grandfather Ronald Freeze and great grandmother Lucille Manning; she is also survived by extended family and friends.
Family will be holding services at a later date.
