Carl D. "Dave" Boles, Jr.
55, of Mooresville passed away on July 16, 2025, at St. Francis Hospital in Indianapolis. Dave was born on September 25, 1969 in Ironton, Ohio to Carl D. Boles, Sr. and Elizabeth (Heaberling) Mosely.
A natural caregiver, Dave worked as a registered nurse at Cumberland Trace in Plainfield for many years. An avid outdoorsman, Dave enjoyed spending time fishing, camping, woodworking. Additionally, he loved taking road trips with his wife Kimmy every chance he could to Niagara Falls, Yellowstone, and the Everglades just to name a few. Strong in his faith as a Christian, Dave attended Hazelwood Christian Church. He will be remembered as outgoing, loyal, genuine, loving, honest and down-to-earth.
He was preceded in death by his Dad, William "Deed" Mosely, Sr.
He is survived by his wife, Kimberly (Belcher) Boles; children Tiffany Smith, Sami Boles, Nora Spurrier, Cody Johnson; mother Elizabeth Mosely; father Carl D. Boles, Sr.; siblings Thomas Mosely, John Mosley, Joe Blevins, Michael Mosely, William Mosely, Jr., Andrea Mosely; a cousin who he considered a sister, Heather Meyer; grandchildren Evrit Boles, Paisley Skatts, Isaiah Spurrier, Coleton Spurrier, Neveah May, along with many nieces, nephews and extended family, who will all miss him dearly.
In keeping with his wishes, Dave was cremated, and a private celebration of his life will be held later.
