Carl Joseph Mickey, 65, of Sturgeon Bay, passed away Wednesday, July 16, 2025 at his home.

He was born August 15, 1959 in Milwaukee, son of the late Carl Anton and Marie Clare (Cira) Mickey. He graduated from Dominican High School with the Class of 1977. Later in life, he graduated from NWTC with an associate's degree in business. Carl had a passion for motorcycles and music and was an avid Green Bay Packers fan.

Carl is survived by his children, Carl Joseph Mickey Jr., Christian Mickey, Chase Mickey (Harlie Busch), and Caralyn Mickey (Nick Willman); grandchildren, Zara, Grayson, and Carter; siblings, Jennifer (Tony) Klein, Lisa (Frank) Carrao, and Jodie (Ric) Villegas; sister-in-law, Betsy Mickey; and several nephews and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Noah and Brian Mickey.

Carl's life will be celebrated during a gathering beginning at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, July 21, 2025 at Waterfront Mary's Bar and Grill, 3662 N Duluth Ave., Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235. A memorial will be placed in his memory at Wisconsin Motorcycle Memorial, 4758 Mathey Rd, Sturgeon Bay, WI 54235.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be directed to the family.
