Carl Stephen Wagner, 80, of North Little Rock, Arkansas, passed from this life on June 2, 2025.
A graveside service will be held at 10:30 AM, Saturday, July 19, 2025, at St. Joseph Cemetery in Nortonville, Kansas, with military honors.
He was born on January 29, 1945, in Atchison, Kansas, to the late Carl N. and Rachel B. (Noll) Wagner. Mr. Wagner was a veteran of the United States Air Force. After his discharge from the Air Force, he went on to work in finance and healthcare for many years. He enjoyed Camaro sports cars and his gun collection, but was always happiest spending time with his family.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving and devoted wife of nineteen years, Jodie (Hogue) Wagner; children, Yvonne Wagner and Collin Wagner both of Texas, Brian (Crissy) Hogue of North Little Rock, Eric Hogue (Courtney Akins) of Vilonia; siblings, Jane Guest of Texas, Greg (Sherry) Wagner of Kansas, Byrdy Wagner (John Hall) of Texas and Stacey (Terry) Wolfe of Kansas. Other survivors include seventeen grandchildren, ten grandchildren, along with a host of extended family and many friends.
