Carla Gene Hancock, 79 of Lima, passed away October 25, 2024, at her home.
Carla was born May 6, 1945 in Lima, to Jim Boroff and Virginia (Berryhill) Routson, who preceded her in death.
Carla attended Lima Senior High School and was a homemaker. She enjoyed crafting and, most of all, spending time with her family.
Carla is survived by her children, Donna (Ronald) Stuttler of Lima, David (April) Schultz of Rainbow City, AL, Kyle (Anita) Hancock of Wapakoneta and Brian (Felicia) VanCleave of Van Wert; ten grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sister, Deb (Larry) Miller of Lima; sister-in-law, Carol Newland and her partner, Neil Wallace.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her former husbands, Alan Schultz and Ed Hancock and her brother, Mike Newland.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, October 28, 2024 at CHILES-LAMAN FUNERAL & CREMATIONS SERVICES, SHAWNEE CHAPEL. No services will be held at this time.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lima Memorial Auxiliary.
