Carol K. Cretcher, 63, of Bourbon, IN, passed away on Thursday, July 3, 2025 in her home.
Carol was born on April 24, 1962 to Cal Ray and Betty (Baugher) Hackworth in Warsaw, IN. She graduated from Warsaw High School in 1980. She married Benjamin R. Cretcher on October 10, 1990 and he preceded her in death on September 26, 2024. She worked as a caregiver. She attended Faith First Fellowship Church of Bourbon, IN. She loved flowers, movies, and her family, especially spending time with her grandchildren.
Carol will be dearly missed by her daughter, Selenna Cretcher of Bourbon, IN; her sister, Christi (Roy) Bell of Goshen, IN; her grandchildren, Eden Cretcher; Olivianna Cretcher; her niece, Charissa (Greg) Young; her nephew, Benjamin Tom Linson; and her special friend, Tina Eyrich.
Carol was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Benjamin Cretcher; her son, Shawn O. Cretcher; her sister, Connie Jackson; nephew, Robert Ryan Yeazel.
A visitation will be held on Friday, July 11, 2025 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Faith First Fellowship Church (204 N Washington St, Bourbon, IN 46504). A funeral service will follow at 4:30 p.m. with Pastor Kenneth Cooke officiating.
Memorial donations may be made to the family or to Deaton-Clemens Funeral Home (115 S. Main St., Bourbon, IN 46504) to help with final expenses.
