JORDAN

Carol J. Jordan, 75, of Springfield, died Tuesday, July 29, 2025, in Wooded Glen Nursing Home, Springfield.

Born December 3, 1949, in London, she was a daughter of Earl and Esther (Kemp) Wilson.

A well-known cook in the Madison County Area; Carol had worked at the former Sharonview Nursing Home, BCI and Stanley Electric. An active member of the Ladies Auxiliary at Aerie, #950, FOE; she had also belonged to the American Legion and VFW Auxiliaries. A talented crafter, Carol made many wreaths, loved to paint and make many other projects, but always had a knack for cooking.

Survivors include her siblings Earlene (David) Carson, Mary Gordon, George (Lib) Wilson and Earl (Piper) Wilson; sister-in-law Robin Wilson; numerous nieces and nephews including special niece and her husband Rebecca and Rodney Rucker; several close friends including Darryl Crace.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Charles, Russell and Jake Wilson, sisters Betty Lou Dennen and Sue Johns; nephew James White, brother-in-law Steve Gordon and dear friend Jim Crace.

Per Carol's wishes, cremation will take place. Neither visitation, nor funeral services will be observed.

If they wish, friends may make memorial contributions in Carol's name to the Madison County Humane society, 2020 State Route 142 NE, West Jefferson, Ohio 43162.

The family is being served by the EBERLE-FISHER FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 103 North Main Street, London, Ohio, where online condolences are encouraged to be shared at www.eberlefisherfuneralhome.com.
