Carol Shallo Obituary
Carol Ann Shallo, 77, of White Plains, NY passed away on July 3, 2025 at Calvery Hospital in Bronx, NY after a battle with cancer. She was born on February 14, 1948 to the late Dominic and Angelina (nee Magnotta) Carpenito in White plains, NY. She was married to the late Joseph A Shallo Jr for over 39 years. Carol worked for over 30 years at Pizza & Brew in Greenburgh, NY. She is survived by her loving children; Joseph Shallo and his wife Tracey of Dingmans Ferry, PA., Anthony Shallo and his wife Sandy of Bushkill, PA., and Angela Irizarry and her husband Frank. Two sisters; Antoinette Moriarty of Orlando, FL, Frances Maccabee of White Plains, NY, two brothers; James Carpenito and John Carpenito both of White Plains, NY. Carol also had 8 cherished grandchildren; Joseph, Mikaela, Cassidy, Anthony, Alyssa, Christopher, Mia, and Justin. She was blessed with 1 great grandson, Angel.
Reposing, Hawthorne Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 8, 2025 from 4-8pm. Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Mt Carmel Church, White Plains, NY on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at 10am. Interment, Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Greenburgh, NY. In Lieu of flowers, donations to the American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
