He is survived by his sister, Judy Dixon, brother Louis Cecil (Cheryl), brother Richard Cecil Jr. (Nancy), sister Cristy Haynes (Tom), brother Delmar Cecil (Laura), and dear relative Patricia Foreman (Larry), and several nieces and nephews.
