Charlotte Kaye Hunter was born in Flint on September 2, 1954, daughter of the late Thoyd and Margie (Oden) Hunter. She married William Lott on October 13, 1973. Charlotte was an avid reader and loved spending time outdoors. She was a faithful member at Heritage Baptist Church where she loved serving in the Children's Department and participating with WMU mission trips. She loved to travel. Some of her travels took her all over Michigan, Florida, Alaska, out West, to the Caribbean, Paris, and Spain. Her greatest love was spending time with her family. That is where her heart was.
Charlotte is survived by her loving husband, William Lott; two daughters, Clerissa (Doug Ballard) Rangel and MaLeia (Aaron) Coy; grandchildren, Dylan Ballard, Hollie Ballard, Samuel Coy, Jacob Coy; great-granddaughter, RiverLynn Hardy; siblings, Vollie (Julie) Hunter, and Barbara (Larry) Melton; and many other loving family members and friends.
