Cheryl Boroos, 76, of Roseau, MN, died June 28, 2025 at Altru Hospital in Grand Forks, ND.
Cheryl Lee Sessor was born September 30, 1948 in Mt.Vernon, Ohio to Russell and Kathaleen Sessor. She grew up in Mt.Vernon and Sarasota before moving to Texas. It was there she met Didrick Boroos and they married in 1979. They made their home in Roseau, MN.
Cheryl should be remembered as a mother who was super creative, loved to entertain her children and grandchildren with home projects. She had a full life of crochet and winning champion prizes. She always loved feeding and watching birds and her dog buddy and cat Teeger will miss her. She is home now cuddling with her dog Bibble.
Cheryl is survived by her husband, Didrick of Argyle, MN; sons, Michael Jacobs of (Mary Puma) Warren, MN James Jacobs of Argyle, MN and; grandchildren Shana, Samantha, Ares, Makenzie, Shara, Kayson and Alexis; siblings Roger Sessor of Ohio, Laurie Wensink of Bradenton, FL, and Cyndi North of Leesberg, FL.
She was preceded in death by her parents; step-mothers Virginia and Charlotte; and sister Betty Sessor.
INURNMENT: 12:00 Noon, Saturday, July 12, 2025 at Barnett National Cemetery, rural Greenbush, MN.
