Cheryl Robeck Obituary

Cheryl Lillian Robeck, age 76, of Monticello, passed away on June 25, 2025.

Cheryl was born in Monticello, MN to Edwin and Lillian Vergin on October 1, 1948. Cheryl graduated from Rockford High School in 1966. Cheryl and her husband Ron (married October 10,1970) lived in Elk River for almost 50 years before relocating to Monticello in 2023. Cheryl loved to spend her time gardening, taking care of her home and spending time with her two children and seven grandchildren. She will always be remembered as a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.

Cheryl is survived by her husband Ron Robeck; daughter Jennifer (Joe) Yarnott; son Justin (Amy) Robeck; her grandchildren Kai Yarnott, Courtney (Tyler) Jackson, Connor (Maddy) Yarnott, Zach Robeck, Dylan Robeck, Logan Yarnott, and Tyler Robeck; brothers Darvis Vergin and Kevin (Patty) Vergin; sister Linda Vergin; and many nieces and nephews.

Cheryl is preceded in death by her parents Lillian and Edwin Vergin and her siblings Edwin Vergin, Nancy Vergin and Judy Wagner.

Cheryl's Celebration of Life will be held on July 22nd at The Elk River American Legion from 4-7pm.
