Christopher T. Campbell, 21, of Troy, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, January 27, 2025 at his residence. He was born December 29, 2003 in Troy to Michele Ashline and Michael Campbell, both of Troy.
Chris is also survived by three siblings, Derek (Kathryn Martin) Campbell, Kalista Hill, and his twin, Stacey (Kennidi Burkhart) Campbell; his nephew, Cooper Campbell; his paternal grandmother, Laque (William) Stevens; two uncles, William (Sandy) Campbell, and Gary (Regina Luttrell) Ashline Jr.; one aunt, Becky (Mike) Lester; eight cousins, Gabriel Luttrell, Marie Ashline, Gage Luttrell, Alexis Luttrell, Haleigh Ashline, Lauren Lester, Aby Mullins, and Zoe Mullins; his beloved dog Kevin and Gizmo that passed away recently; also numerous other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Gary and Phyllis Ashline; and his paternal grandfather, William Campbell.
Chris was a graduate of Piqua High School and the Miami Valley CTC, Class of 2022. He worked at Deltech Polymer in Troy. Chris had served in the Ohio National Guard and was proud of his service. Chris loved a good pick up game of basketball and playing video games with his friends. He enjoyed being well dressed, and was a sneaker head and enjoyed collecting shoes. Chris was an animal lover, and especially loved his dogs and cat. He was a hard worker and had a big heart, and was willing to help anyone. Chris loved to laugh, and enjoyed being lighthearted and a jokester. He will surely be missed by all who loved him.
A graveside service to honor Chris will be held privately at Riverside Cemetery in Troy. Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday, January 31, 2025 at the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Miami County Animal Shelter, 1110 N. County Road 25A, Troy, OH 45373.
