It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Christopher Jason Hopkins, who left us far too soon. Born on October 11, 1982, Christopher was a beloved son, brother, and friend whose presence could light up a room.
Christopher is survived by his loving mother, Ramona Hopkins, his father, Warren Hopkins (Veronica) his sisters, Brittany Hopkins (Anthony ) and Amy Hopkins (Jessie) and his brother, Ryan Hopkins. Each of them holds dear the memories of his laughter, kindness, and the deep love he had for his family.
Christopher faced many challenges throughout his life, bravely battling addiction and mental illness. Though his journey was not an easy one, his heart was immense-he would have given the shirt off his back to help someone in need. Those who knew him best will remember his compassion, his sense of humor, and the warmth he carried even in his darkest times.
We miss him dearly and grieve the life that could have been. But we also pray that he has finally found the peace he searched for, free from pain and struggle.
Rest easy, Christopher. You are loved beyond measure and will never be forgotten.
