Johnsonville, SC Clark "Clarkie" Eden Baxley, Jr., 46, husband of Amy Coker Baxley, passed away Thursday, May 22, 2025 at his home. Clarkie was born in Florence, SC, a son of Clark Eden Baxley, Sr. and Carolyn Miller Baxley. He was an E & I Technician for Santee Cooper. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and just being outdoors but most of all he loved his children and family. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Amy Coker Baxley; children, Caroline Baxley, Courtney Baxley and Aiden Baxley; sisters, Cristy Eaddy and Brigitte (Dwight) Clary; in laws, Steve and Nora Coker; nieces and nephews, Brooke Creel, Tray McInnis, Cody McInnis, Cayla Eaddy, Andrew Wright, Alex Clary and Thomas Clary; 2 great nieces and 2 great nephews. He was predeceased by a brother, Richie McInnis. Graveside services will be held at 5:00 PM Sunday, May 25, 2025 in the Baxley Family Cemetery, 1118 Blackwell Mills Rd., Johnsonville, SC 29555. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Saturday, May 24, 2025 in the Morris Funeral Home Chapel, 416 N.
