Connie Jean Reynolds, age 62, of Grundy, Virginia, passed away at her home on Monday, July 14, 2025.
Connie was born in Buchanan County, Virginia, on March 13, 1963, and was the daughter of the late Clarence Stiltner and Gladys Endicott Stiltner. After high school, she married the love of her life, Dallas Reynolds. She spent her life as a homemaker, loving to cook, spend time outdoors, and attending church at the Free Will Baptist Church. One thing about Connie was that she was always sharply dressed; she believed in always presenting herself at her best. Many would say she was an ornery person set in her ways, and she found it difficult to let people into her inner circle. It's no secret that Connie was a challenging person to love and had a complex personality. But despite her struggles, we knew she loved us deeply. She was a strong woman who didn't take nonsense from anyone. She was fiercely dependent and felt she didn't need anyone's help. She will be remembered for her unwavering confidence in herself and her genuine affection for her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dallas Reynolds, her daughter, Aprill Reynolds, her sister, Mary Coleman, and her brother, Jeffrey Stiltner.
Those that survive Connie are her:
Daughter, Crystal Regina Adkins, and her husband, Chris of Vansant, VA
Sisters:
Patty Taylor of Chilhowie, VA
Linda Deel of Oakwood, VA
Her loving brother, who was always there for her, Wayne Stiltner of Vansant, VA
Nephews, Derek, Ethan, and Justin Stiltner
Great nieces and nephews, Ryder, Evan, Ella, Nova Lynn, and Elijah Stiltner.
Her beloved grandchildren, Tyler Wynn, Rhalyn, Cayden, Andrew, Donna, and Sadie Adkins
