Mr. Curtis Fulmer Painter, 93 of Snead, Alabama, was born on April 03, 1932, to Jonah Fulmer and Mary Octavia (Ridgeway) Painter and passed away on August 10, 2025. He is preceded in death by his parents; and his siblings, Lou Painter, Jennette Horton, Abe Painter, Annie Ruth Cleveland, and Velma Sue Meade.

Mr. Painter is survived by his wife of 73 years Barbara Painter; his children and their spouse, Mike and Brenda Painter, Teresa and Rick Dewesse, Steve and Beverly Painter, Tina and Eugene Spradlin, Sheila Atchley, and Alan and Callie Painter; his grandchildren, Michelle Johnson, Brian Painter, Deidra Davies, Blake McClain, Candace Griner, Drew Spradlin, Tiffany Bixby, Holli Pope, Jason Spradlin, Matthew Painter, Anna Painter, Zoey Painter, and Zachariah Painter; and 15 great grandchildren.

Bro. Don Garrison, Bro. Dan Godwin, and Bro. Mike Painter will conduct the Funeral Service on Friday, August 15, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Mt. Zion Church of God in Susan Moore, Alabama. Interment will follow at Ebenezer Cemetery in Susan Moore, Alabama. The family will receive friends, at Mt. Zion Church of God, on Thursday from 5:30 PM until 7:30 PM and on Friday from 1:00 PM until Funeral Time. Snead Funeral Home Directing.

The Grandchildren have been asked to serve as Pallbearers, Michelle Johnson, Brian Painter, Deidra Davies, Blake McClain, Candace Griner, Drew Spradlin, Tiffany Bixby, Holli Pope, Jason Spradlin, Matthew Painter, Anna Painter, Zoey Painter, and Zachariah Painter.
