Richard Gallagher Obituary

Richard E. Gallagher Jr., 75, of Williams Township, died Saturday, February 1, 2025 in his home. Born September 9, 1949 in Easton, he was the son of the late Richard E. Gallagher Sr. and Shirley (Vandergrift) Gallagher. He was a welding instructor at Middle Bucks Institute of Technology, and for over 20 years a welding instructor at the Career Institute of Technology. He was a chairman of the American Welding Society and was an avid fisherman. Surviving are his wife of 52 years, Peggy (DeBleyker) Gallagher; two daughters, Stacey Gallagher and Dana (Gallagher) Mendoza and her husband Devin; and three grandchildren, Braden Richard, Catherine Grace, and Charlotte Linn. He was predeceased by his sister Elaine (Gallagher) Richards. Services will be private with interment in Raubsville Cemetery. The Ashton Funeral Home, Easton is handling the arrangements.
