He is survived by his Daughter Alexis Evans of Warwick, his former wife Deborah Tupaj of West Warwick, his sister Keri (Tupaj) Cadieux, His nieces Jocelyn Tupaj and Katie (Massey) Mikolajczyk both of Pawtucket.
