Born in Evanston, Illinois, Darcy moved to Florida, where she was a hair stylist until retiring.
She is survived by her brother Greg Davis, sisters Beth Ann Terry and Kathy Andrews, and her grandchildren Brianna Hayslip, Michael Tanico and Richard Costello.
Darcy is pre-deceased by her parents, her daughter Tiffany Costello and her son Richard Costello.
A private Celebration of Life service will be held by the family.
