Darrel Adkison, age 68, passed away on July 21, 2025. He was a good-hearted man who found joy in the simple things—riding his Harleys, spending time outdoors, and casting a line whenever he could. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Visitation: will be on Thursday, July 24, 2025 from 9:00 AM – until time of service at Spann Funeral Home.
Funeral Service: will begin at 2:00 PM on Thursday, July 24, 2025 from the Chapel of Spann Funeral Home.
Interment: will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

Brother:
Greg Adkison of Vanleer, TN
As well as many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
