David Lee Beverly, 75, went home to be with the Lord Tuesday afternoon May 27, 2025 at Advent Health in New Smyrna Beach, FL.
Born September 23, 1949 in Salineville, he was a son of the late John P and Delphia (Moore) Beverly.
Dave owned and operated Beverly Auto Sales in Lisbon for 28 years.
He was a life member of Lisbon Eagles Aerie 2216 and Elks Lodge 258 and enjoyed golfing at Salem Hills Country Club. His love and passion were his muscle cars. He also enjoyed his retirement summers in Ohio and winters in Florida.
His memory will be cherished by his wife, Sheri (Webber) Beverly and his daughter whom he was so proud of, Nichole (Gary) Hoch, and his four granddaughters: Tess E., Tobey S., Ty S., and Tallulah (Lulu) B. Hoch and his sister Freeda (Hurk) Combs. He also leaves his beloved pets: Baxter J., Tazi III, and Elton John.
He was preceded in death by his brothers Clarence, Maryland (Merle), and John Beverly
and a sister, Rita Heim.
Calling hours will be from 5 to 8 PM Wednesday at the Weber Funeral Home. The funeral will be at 11:00 AM Thursday at the Lisbon Assembly of God with Pastor Greg Pennington officiating. Burial will be at Lisbon Cemetery.
