David Hicks Obituary

David Hicks, 63, of De Borgia passed way Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at his home. Services will be held at a later date in Helena. Online condolences may be left at gardencityfh.com.

David Clarence Hicks, son of Clarence and Marie (Theye) Hicks, was born September 15, 1961 in Helena, Montana. He attended school and high school in Helena. After school he started working at various jobs but found his calling working at the local Mills. He was a hardworking and dedicated employee who took pride in his work. 

David enjoyed playing darts, bowling, and was a talented pool player, spending many nights with his friends out on the town. He was a sports fan, supporting his beloved Raiders and watching NASCAR throughout his life. David loved the Montana outdoors and would often go fishing to clear his mind. He was proud of his family and cherished being an uncle to his niece, Michelle, and nephew, Patrick. David was a devoted son, brother, uncle and friend who will be greatly missed. 

Left to cherish his memory are his brother, John (Raquel) Hicks; nephew, Patrick Hicks; niece, Michelle Edmunds, extended family and friends.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Marie Hicks and brother, Darrell Willis.
