David LaCroix Obituary

David C. LaCroix, 59, of the Blake Road, Plattsburgh, died Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at his residence under the loving care of his family and Hospice of the North Country.
He was born in Plattsburgh, July 11, 1965, the son of Patrick W. Edward and Lynda L. (Collins) LaCroix. He grew up on the Blake Road in Plattsburgh and attended Peru Central School.
He married the former Sara Roark, November 3, 1984 in Schuyler Falls.
David worked for ARPAK for 35 years prior retiring due to health issues.
He enjoyed driving race cars, riding his Harley with Sara and the monkey on the back, and especially spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Left to cherish the memory of David are, his loving wife of 40 years, Sara LaCroix; three children, Angel (Chris) Heffernan, Nick LaCroix (Kristen Stone), and Crystal LaCroix; grandchildren, Emma, Zachary, Madison, Treagan, David, Taylor, and Magnolia; his mother, Lynda LaCroix; siblings, Nora King (Karl King), and Patrick (Lori) LaCroix; close friends who were more like brothers and their wives, Jay and Sherri Roushia, and Rick and Debbie Chagnon; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his father, he was predeceased by his son, David S. LaCroix, June 28, 2010.
A celebration of life will be held at a place, date, and time to be announced.
