HARRISVILLE, WV – David Brian Mossor, age 66, passed away on Friday, June 20, 2025, at the Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg, WV. Born August 3, 1958, in Parkersburg, WV, he was the son of the late Delbert Mossor and Shirley Mossor Walker.
David was a 1977 graduate of Union High School. He was self-employed in the nuclear shield industry. In his free time, David was an Amateur Radio Operator. He loved his HAM Radio and the ability to communicate with others through it. He was a beloved father, brother, uncle, and friend who will be missed by all who knew him.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Terry Mossor; and his sister, Debbie Mossor.
Survivors include one son, Jared Mossor and wife Melanie, and their children Adilynn and Eli, all of Lesage, WV; one brother, Charles "Chuck" Mossor and wife Virginia of Rock Camp, WV; one sister, Jeane Michelle "Missy" Beasley and husband Paul of Salt Sulphur, WV; and several nephews.
In keeping with David's wishes, he will be cremated. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 6:30PM on Saturday, July 12, 2025, at the Groves-Mann Funeral Home in Union, WV, with Pastor Gene Fullen officiating. Friends will gather for a visitation from 5:00PM until time of services at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice.
