Dean Lewis Obituary

Dean was an exceedingly kind, caring and giving person and loved by many. Dean worked for the Boston Red Sox for 40 years in Club House Operations, including the World Championship years. Dean also worked for Sentry Insurance of Massachusetts for many years.
Dean loved working for the Boston Red Sox, spending summers in Brewster on Cape Cod with his family and friends. He also was passionate about his 1965 Ford Mustang Convertible which he owned for many years.
Dean is survived by his twin brother Daniel Lewis of Boston, Robert Lewis of Wareham, Mark Lewis of Gardner, and sister Deborah Lewis Hammond of Garland Texas. Dean is also survived by many nieces and nephews in Massachusetts and Texas. Dean is predeceased by his brother Brian and Arthur.
The graveside memorial services and interment will be on Saturday April 5th, 2025, at 11 am at the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery 329 Concord Road Sudbury, MA. Celebration of Life will be immediately following the burial service at 12:30 pm April 5th, 2025, at the Wayside Inn located at 72 Wayside Inn in Sudbury, MA

To Dean's family and friends my condolences to you all my heart breaks I worked with Dean I was in the ticket office and he always came up to visit when he had a chance to Dean will be deeply missed very much he was a great person to know.

I am Anita Boucher Claudette's sister. Dean was a very special person who was part of our family for over 35 years and my 3 daughters loved their uncle Dean very much. Our sincere sympathies to the Lewis family. We will cherish our memories of Dean and you all. We hug you all and are thinking of you during this difficult time

I am so saddened to hear of Dean's passing. I worked with Dean for many years at Sentry and remained friends since. He was always smiling and such a generous and kind man. So loved by all that knew him. Rest peacefully in heaven my friend. Sending prayers to all in the Lewis family.
