Debbie is survived by her husband of 37 years, Willie L. Taylor, of Tallapoosa; daughters and son in law, Amber and Jeremy Rowell, of Muscadine, AL, Kimberly Taylor, and Brandi Taylor, both of Tallapoosa; sons and daughters in law, Jeremy and Nicole Taylor, of Ranburne, AL and Michael and Hope Taylor, of Tallapoosa; grandchildren, Ahren Taylor, Ryan Taylor, and Kaitlynn Rowell; and sister, Teresa Helm, of Warsaw, IN.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, July 5, 2025 at 2:00PM at Welcome Baptist Church in Bremen, GA.
