Debora Lynn Brubaker, 61 of Cuyahoga Falls, passed away on July 7, 2025 at Western Reserve Hospital after bravely fighting cancer.
She was born on March 18, 1964 to Robert Jr. and Gertha (Rigdon) Brubaker in Akron OH.
Beloved Mother, Daughter, Sister and Friend to many, Debbie is survived by her loving parents, Bob and Gertha; son, Eric Gajovski; sister, Dede (Randy) Bailey; brother, Duane Brubaker (Greg); and nephews Mack and Mitch.
Debbie worked as a server for Kingfish in Akron where she loved working and was passionate about her customers and made many friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 from 2pm - 6pm at Lions Park Lodge (641 Silver Lake Avenue, Cuyahoga Falls). Join us for a Celebration of Debbie with her family and friends. In keeping with who Debbie was, this will be a casual gathering to share food, memories and stories.
Debbie was passionate of so many things. Chief among them was her love of animals. She herself rescued a multitude of animals from dogs, cats, squirrels and raccoons and gave them all a loving home.
