Deborah "Debbie" Cooper, age 70, of Circleville, passed away on Friday, July 25, 2025, at her home surrounded by her family.

She was born on October 16, 1954, in Mount Vernon to the late Raymond and Shirley (Frost) Shoemaker.

Debbie stayed in Knox County and Licking County 40 years, then moved to Hocking County with Mike's work. There she worked at the Credit Union then for Logan Water Dept. The last five years has been in Circleville to be close to the grandchildren. She enjoyed doing cross stitching, stencil painting and loved to read novels.

Debbie is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Michael Cooper; a son, Derrick (Tiffany) Cooper and a daughter, Christel (Adam Bartchy) Cooper; two grandchildren, Austin and Tennyson Cooper; along with a sister, Sharon White.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31, 2025, from 10:00AM – 12:00PM at Snyder Funeral Home – Lasater Chapel, 11337 Upper Gilchrist Rd. in Mount Vernon. Where funeral services will follow at 12:00 PM with Pastor Stan Kirtlan officiating. Entombment will follow in Newark Memorial Gardens.
