She was preceded in death by her husband of 36 years, Lamar W, Pennington and her father Elmer Wadsworth. Survivors are, her mother Doris (Keeney) Lyons of Gulfport, MS, son, Nathan Pennington of New Orleans, LA, brothers, Lowell Wadsworth of Chittenango, NY, Kevin Wadsworth of Mississippi, Paul Lyons of Lake City, FL, and Kelly Lyons of Tampa, FL, sisters, Lura McKinley of Salida, CO, and Christie Neal of Charlotte, NC, as well as her granddaughter Brooklyn (Pennington) Gillespie. A memorial service for family and friends will be planned in the future. Arrangements are at Jones-Gallagher Funeral Home of Starke 904-964-6200 www.jonesgallagherfh.com.

To Deb´s family: Deb and I were close and I want you to know how frequently she spoke of her family. We shared memories and supported each other during family illnesses. She and Wayne had a loving and fun relationship. I think of her frequently during the day, particularly when some political issue comes up. Politics was one of our favorite conversations. I miss not being able to text her with "did you see...?". I miss our lunches. I could go on. She was my best friend and I miss her. She was special, but then you know that. I want to extend my condolences and a few words of my love for her.
