Debra Kay (Sisco) Bailey, 68, of Albany, IN, passed away Friday, June 13, 2025, unexpectedly in the comforts of her home. Debra was born in Dunkirk, IN, on July 31, 1956, a daughter of the late Jannette Carol (Sargent) Sharpe and Carl James Sisco. She was a 1975 graduate of Dunkirk High School and formerly employed by Ardagh Group in Dunkirk, IN. Debra was a strong willed, independent, yet kind and loving mother, who enjoyed BINGO, crossword puzzles, Gospel Music, The Gaither's, cooking, collecting porcelain eggs, watching Ghost Hunters and spending time with her grandkids. She is survived by 2 children; Misty R. Kabrich (Matt Acree), David A. Bailey (Delilah), 1 sister; Danette Hamilton (Don), 1 brother; Daniel E. Sharpe (Sheryl), 9 grandchildren; Grant, Lauren, Spencer, Quinten, Isaac, Ean, Dallas, Skylar, Preston and several nieces and nephews. Debra was preceded in death by her parents, 1 sister; Karla Pryor, and 1 brother; Thelmer Sisco. Services are private at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family in care of the funeral home to help with Debra's services (PO Box 25 Redkey, IN. 47373). Arrangements have been entrusted to MJS Mortuaries - Redkey Chapel.
