Delores Bergholt, 93, of Bull Shoals, Arkansas, passed away on June 19, 2025, in Mountain Home, Arkansas. She was born on September 2, 1931, in Elgin, Illinois, to Henry and Rose (Wessel) Schierlitz.
On April 14, 1951, Delores married the love of her life, Philip Bergholt, in Elgin, Illinois. A devoted wife and mother, Delores dedicated her life to her family and took great pride in creating a warm and loving home.
In 1991, she and Philip relocated to Bull Shoals from Elgin. There, Delores became an active part of her community. She was a loyal member of her neighborhood craft group and generously volunteered her time at the Bull Shoals Library. She especially cherished game nights with her family and peaceful moments on the deck watching the birds.
Delores is survived by her children: Linda (Walter) Krafft and Nancy (Jason) Hall, both of Yellville, Arkansas, and Steven (Cathy) Bergholt of Illinois; one grandson; and two great-grandsons.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Philip.
Private services will be held.
