Denis Condon Obituary

April 27, 1943 to June 27, 2025

Birthplace: Mackay, Queensland, Australia the son of Edward Vincent Condon and Edna Mary Condon (nee Atherton)

Denis was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and cousin. He is survived by his loving wife Diane Condon of 55 years, his children Heidi Zuk (Timothy Zuk), Jason Condon, Natasha Rhodes, Corinna Condon, and his 9 grandchildren, his two sisters Maureen Orrock and Marie O'Donoghue of Australia and their families.

An engineer by trade with a degree from the Queensland Institute of Technology, Denis enjoyed an extensive career spanning 47 years. His accomplishments and travels took him and his family around the world, including Australia, Germany, Canada, and the United States.

Denis had a passion for hobbies that enriched his life and brought joy to those around him. He was an avid traveler, always eager to explore new places and cultures. Denis was also a talented woodworker, crafting intricate pieces of furniture and decorations for his home and loved ones. His love for reading kept him constantly learning and expanding his knowledge on a wide range of topics.

Known for his dedication to his family, humor, quick wit, intelligence, and adventurous spirit, Denis's legacy will be honored and remembered for generations to come. We will miss you deeply, love you, and shall carry you in our hearts forever.

As per Denis's wishes an Urn internment service will be held at Restlawn Memorial Gardens July 25th, 2025, for immediate family.

A celebration of life will be held in September, the date, time and place to be announced during which a video link will be provided.
