She loved and is loved in return. Her family and friends find solace that she is now home with the Lord and they will see her again one day.
Denise is survived by her husband, Randolph D. Nelson, Jr.; sons, Jason Nelson and wife, Victoria, Joshua Nelson and wife, Rebekah; daughter, Cara Nelson; brother, Eugene Blackmer and wife, Beth; twin sister, Diana Odom and husband, Willis, Jr.; special nieces, Heather Kahler, and Jennifer Jernigan; and grandchildren, Spencer, Parker, Nathanael, Grace, Carter, Hope, Noah and Conner.
A private celebration of life service will be held.
