Mitchell, Alabama; brothers, Jim Miller and Karen of Omaha, Nebraska, and David Miller and Julie of Omaha, Nebraska; sisters, Karen Eyman and Don of Omaha, Nebraska, Sandra Miller of Omaha, Nebraska, Kim Thomas and Bruce of Council Bluffs, Iowa, and Linda Miller; 4 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren; as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
