Dianna Lynn Elder, 69, of Richland Center, formerly of Muscoda and Blue River died on July 24, 2025, with loved ones by her side.

I didn't plan on it happening this soon, but if you're reading this I have moved on to the next big thing. No more browsing for collectibles at the local Crazy Franks for me. I've moved up! I'll miss you all until we meet again. I'll put in a good word for you and try to save you a place if I can, no guarantees….

I am so grateful to my daughter Nicole and family for taking such good care of me for the last few months. Now take care of yourselves and each other in my memory and never forget how precious family and friends are.

Dianna was born on June 10, 1956. She graduated from Riverdale High School in 1974. Dianna worked for several years in a factory. She taught us there were more children in a factory than in a grade school. She always was a hard worker working several jobs at a time to provide for her family. She had a very strong work ethic.

Dianna enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She liked playing bingo, working with flowers and she was a regular at J Jay Walsh Jewelers.

Dianna faced many adversities throughout her life. Her Irish temper and stubbornness helped her get through these times. She had an unbreakable spirit and life of resilience.

Her strength inspired her family. She had loyalty to her friends and family. Dianna was always there for her daughter and grandchildren, and her family was her priority. Dianna was an animal lover and rescued and cared for several animals. Dianna was easy to talk to. She will be loved forever by her family and friends.

Dianna is survived by her daughter: Nicole (Lucas) Steldt; grandchildren: Avery and Colton Steldt; Brother: Gary (Sue) Elder; nieces and nephews. Special friends: Kristy Jelle, Pauline Carter, and Tammy Woodward.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Arleigh and Theresa Vance Elder; siblings: George Elder and Deborah Elder.

Dianna's family would like to give special thanks to everyone who visited. Also, to Kristy Jelle for helping care for Dianna and Agrace Hospice. As well as Erin Miess who is always there for us.

The family will be holding a private service at a later time. The Pratt Funeral and Cremation Service is assisting the family with their arrangements. prattfuneralservice.com
