Dianna Lynn Turner was peacefully called to her Heavenly home on July 7th, with her daughter at her side, while in the loving care of the staff at Helping Hands Assisted Living in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Born on November 24, 1948 in Alta (Humphrey Town), West Virginia to the late Glendon and Ruth Humphrey. She is also preceded in death by her in-laws, Arnold and Ellena Turner of Pink Hill, NC and her siblings -
Marilyn "Peachie" Humphrey Senkulics
Carol Kay Humphrey Byrne and spouse Elmer Byrne
Drema Ann Humphrey Hanshaw and spouse Charles Hanshaw
Frank "Sonny" Humphrey and spouse Barbara Humphrey
Kim Turner Foley
And great granddaughter, Brooklyn Grace Smith.
Surviving Dianna is her husband Arnold Bruce Turner of 49 ½ years; son Robby Raetz (Janet), and daughter Tammy L Turner Linder (Chad). She was blessed to have grandchildren: Sydney Raetz, Josh Raetz, Sonya Horton, April Lindsey, Ryan Linder (Cat) and Jaden Linder. Great Grandchildren: Brayden, Bella, Mattie, Thomas "Carter" and Alex. and brothers-in-law Ted Senkulics and Robert Foley. She had numerous nieces/nephews, great nieces/nephews and great-great nieces/nephews.
Funeral arrangements will be held at Pink Hill Funeral Home, 1056 N, NC Highway 11, Pink Hill, NC 28572 - viewing on Friday, July 11th from 6-8pm and Services on Saturday at 11am, with graveside services immediately following at Oak Ridge Memorial Park, 985 NC Highway 11 Pink Hill, NC 28572.
