Dolores is survived by her son Robert Troy West, her brothers Ronnie Dale Foster and Clayton Bradley, as well as 4 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Dolores is preceded in death by her sibling Melvin Jr. Foster.
A chapel service will be held on Friday, August 8, 2025 beginning at 11:00 a.m. at Grace Memorial Chapel, 8819 US Hwy 87N, Victoria, TX. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Ashley Taylor, 901 Foxglove Dr., Edna, TX 77957; 361-676-7027.
