Donald passed away after a long illness. He was born in Linz, Austria with his twin sister, Dorothea Ann (Jones) Lindsey and adopted by Lt. Colonel Ralph W. Jones of Pierce, Colorado and Genevieve B. (Crabtree) Jones of Hinton, West Virginia. He graduated from Greeley High School 1965 and attended Aims Community College (University of Northern Colorado) 1965-1967. He joined the Army in 1967 and earned the rank of Specialist E-4, in Avionics. He received an Honorable Discharge in 1969. Upon returning as a civilian, he worked for Sears, then started his own fence company and later went on to employment at the Isle of Capri Casino, Blackhawk for over 20 years. Donald is survived by his sister, Dorothea Ann (Jones) Lindsey and nephew William Joseph Lindsey. No services are planned.
