Donald Knight Obituary

Wayne will be fondly remembered by his many friends and loyal customers at Knight's Discount Pharmacy. However, his greatest passion was cattle farming. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved bird hunting and fishing. Wayne was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend to all, and he will be deeply missed.
He was preceded in death by his son, Don; his parents, G. B. and Verna Knight; and his sister, Barbara Copeland and Wayne Knight III
Wayne is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Martha; children Lane Knight, Shelly (Paul) Henderson, John Mark (April) Knight, and Jonathan Knight; grandchildren Taylor, Ashton, and Kailey; and great-grandchild Decaley.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Enhabit Hospice for the compassionate care given to Wayne.
The family will receive friends at Rainbow Presbyterian Church on Friday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service.

In loving thoughts of one of my dearest friends and long time cow buddy, I love you Wayne and so glad we were able to talk several times over the last month or so. As you advised me back in July, that during one of your operations, you had a conversation with King Jesus, that was a real Blessing to me! Well now you can have many more conversations with Him! Oh HalleluYah Praise His Holy Name! May you and Him walk on the Hills of Heaven, looking at ALL the cattle He ownes on those Glorious Hills! Amen
