Donald Lloyd Visser, 77, of Boyd went to be with our Lord on Sunday, July 6, 2025 in Fort Worth, Texas.
Funeral Service is 1:00 p.m. Thursday, July 10, 2025 at Aurora Baptist Church with burial at 10:00 a.m. Friday at Howard Cemetery in Benbrook. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church with lunch served following the service.
Jimmy Withers to officiate. Pallbearers include Don Visser, Colton Visser, Adam Weaver, Kevin Allee, Danny Necochea, and David Whittle.
Donald was born on July 4, 1948, in Los Angeles, California, to Donald Lloyd and Lena Katherine (Clark) Visser. He married Sandra Kay Day on January 3, 1970, in Fort Worth, Texas, at Grace Baptist Church. Donald proudly served in the United States Navy, and after his service, he earned his Bachelor’s Degree and worked in computer service management for NEC. He was a beloved son, father, grandfather, and friend, and his memory will be deeply cherished by all who knew and loved him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Donald and Lena Visser.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Sandra Kay Visser; his son, Don Michael Visser; his daughter-in-law, Eileen Romero; his granddaughter, Kaytlyn Necochea and husband Danny; his grandson, Colton Warrior Visser; and numerous extended family members and a host of friends.
