Donette Mae Siefkin Clarke, daughter of Donald and Darlene Siefkin, was born on September 25, 1962, in Spirit Lake, Iowa. She attended Arnolds Park School through the 10th grade and later earned her GED.

Donette treasured time spent with her son, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren. She also shared a special bond with her mother through their dart league and was proud to have traveled to Las Vegas to compete in a tournament.
