Donna Stout Obituary
Donna Lynn Stout, age 73, of Waukee, Iowa, passed away on July 10, 2025.
Born on November 5, 1951, in the Quad Cities to Donald and Evelyn (née Voss) Stout, Donna spent the majority of her life in the area she called home, where the gentle currents of the Mississippi River were a constant companion and source of joy. Eight years ago, she made her home in Waukee, Iowa, but her heart always remained close to the riverbanks she loved.
Donna will be remembered most for her deep appreciation for the outdoors, and especially for her love of boating. The river was more than a view for her—it was a way of life. Whether spending the day on the water or simply enjoying its quiet beauty, she found peace and happiness there.
She is survived by her two sons, Shawn Stout and Derrick Stout.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents; and two sisters, Linda Burton and Kathy Rowe.
