Donnie Glen Bowman, age 77 of the Haysville Community in Macon County, TN passed away Sunday afternoon, June 22, 2025 at Macon Community Hospital in Lafayette, TN. Donnie is in the care of Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette, TN.
Funeral Services for Donnie Glen Bowman will be conducted Wednesday afternoon, June 25, 2025, at 2:00 pm from the chapel of the Anderson & Son Funeral Home in Lafayette with Elder Brad Carver & Elder Mike Carver officiating. Interment will follow in the Macon County Memorial Gardens with Military Honors.
Visitation will begin on Tuesday from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm and again on Wednesday from 10:00 am until service time at 2:00 pm.
Family requests memorials be made to the Union Missionary Baptist Church or St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital. You may make these memorials by calling or coming by the funeral home.
He is preceded in death by: Parents, Cordell “Dolly” & Bevie Cox Bowman, Brother, Billy Bowman, Sister & Brother-in-law, Barbara & H.L “Doc” Goodall, Niece, Vicki Pedigo.
Survivors include: Wife, Janie Reeves Bowman of the Haysville Community, Sons, Gary Bowman & wife, Tana of Lafayette, Kevin Bowman of Minn, Minnesota, Grandchildren, Chloe Bowman, Seth Burlingame, Nicolas Burlingame & wife, Hayley, Savannah Burlingame, Great-grandchildren, Gabby Peterson and Warren Burlingame.
