Funeral services for Mrs. Dora Zabrosky, 77, of Henderson will be held at 10:00 AM on Saturday, August 16, 2025 in the chapel of Crawford-A. Crim Funeral Home with Josh Blizzard officiating. interment will follow at Rusk County Memorial Gardens under the direction of Crawford-A. Crim Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday, August 15, 2025, at the funeral home. Mrs. Zabrosky passed away August 12, 2025 in Henderson. She was born March 15, 1948, in Amarillo to Richard Bizer and Anna Marie (Hess) Ellyson and was raised in the Church of God. Mrs. Zabrosky cleaned homes and office buildings. She had a very bright personality and loved to be the center of attention. Mrs. Zabrosky was preceded in death by her parents, Richard and Anna Marie Ellyson; son, Max Ray Barnett; brothers, George Edgar Ellyson, John Donald Ellyson, Richard Ray Ellyson; and sisters, Mary Lula Ellyson, and Nellie Marie Shubert. Survivors include her husband, Charles Zabrosky of Henderson; children, Roy Lynn Barnett and Lori Brandes of Elm Grove, LA, Joe Barnett and Shirley Warren of Bossier, LA, Melissa Hunter and husband Scott Hunter of Gilmer; siblings, Aubrey Lewis Ellyson of Mineral Wells, Elmer Otto Ellyson of Jacksboro, William Wayne Ellyson of Mineral Wells, Bruce Lynn Ellyson of Manor, Millie Ann Shouse of Graham; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family, and friends. Pallbearers will be Thomas Shubert, Roy Lynn Barnett, Joe Barnett, Montana Bockmon, Clayton Sullivent, and Jeremie Harper. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at www.crawfordacrim.com.
